Are you Experiencing Burning Arm Pain, Arm Numbness and Hand Pain? You may Have the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Let’s Fix this Problem Together.
There can be several causes for burning arm pain, arm numbness and hand pain. If there is also weakness and tingling in the thumb, index, middle finger and in half of the ring finger than you most likely have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. If your symptoms get worse at night, “shaking out” the hands will probably give you temporary relief. I want to show ways of getting permanent relief.
The majority of clients I see fall in the category of mild to medium carpal tunnel symptoms. Their symptoms have been triggered by repetitive hand movements in a similar position. If the wrist is bent downward with the hands lower than the wrists, or if the wrists have been in this same position for hours and days, similar to the position at a computer keyboard, arm and hand pain, and arm numbness symptoms are often triggered. Many of my clients have used Carpal tunnel pain relief exercises to resolve ongoing symptoms.
Wearing a wrist brace at night to keep your wrist in a neutral position can be helpful, but make sure you stop wearing the brace when the symptoms disappear. The brace helps take pressure off your median nerve. You will know that your wrist is in a neutral position when it is straight, as in the position of holding a glass of water.
Many of my clients with mild to moderate symptoms have been able to avoid surgery with twice the success rate of other nonsurgical treatments. If you follow my tips and do the following carpal tunnel exercises maybe you will be able to get rid of your hand pain and arm numbness. These exercises are more successful with clients with mild arm pain symptoms, and are not recommended for those with severe symptoms.
