Carpal Tunnel Exercises

Carpal Tunnel Exercises are an Easy Way to Experience Relief from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms of Arm Pain.

Carpal Tunnel Exercises are the best way to calm the discomfort of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CT). The majority of clients I see fall in the category of mild to medium carpal tunnel symptoms, which are triggered by repetitive hand movements in a similar position. Arm pain, hand pain, and arm numbness symptoms are triggered when the wrist stays in a constantly bent position for several hours. My exercises for Carpal tunnel can be the savior for such clients with these symptoms.

There are some severe causes of carpal tunnel syndrome which include: pregnancy, Hypothyroidism, obesity, Rheumatoid Arthritis, wrist injuries, bone spurs, smoking, and Diabetes. All of the above directly effect the median nerve or irritate the area by reducing blood flow to the median nerve, resulting in severe carpal tunnel syndrome requiring medical intervention.

Mild to medium carpal tunnel symptoms can be treated by doing exercises and by following my preventative care procedures, which I discuss in the Carpal Tunnel Pain Relief page.

Many of my clients with mild to moderate symptoms of arm pain and numbness have been able to avoid surgery by following my tips and doing the following exercises, with twice the success rate of other nonsurgical treatments. These exercises for Carpal Tunnel are more successful with clients with mild symptoms, and are not recommended for those with severe symptoms.
