Explore or Carpal Tunnel Relief Strategies that are Designed to Alleviate Arm Numbness and Arm Pain.
Carpal Tunnel relief begins by finding the cause of your arm numbness and arm pain which is usually due to an irritation to the median nerve which starts in the neck, and travels down the forearm to the hand through a tiny space in the wrist called the carpal tunnel. The median nerve controls movement and sensation in the first three fingers and the thumb.
Usually any imbalance, pressure, or irritation to the median nerve will cause symptoms of carpal tunnel. Finding the actual trigger of the irritation is the best solution for long term Carpal tunnel Pain relief. If you have been diagnosed with mild to moderate CT you are in good hands, as we know that this can be resolved by following my carpal tunnel exercises and preventative care procedures. The sooner you address your problem, the better your chances of stopping symptoms and preventing long-term damage to the median nerve.
