Ever considered Hip Stretches for Osteoarthritis? Have you been walking with a limp? A program can become your savior and heal you from that terrible uncomfortable pain and stiff hips. It is very important that when you follow my stretch program for the hip joint that you do not have sharp pain in the region. You will experience mild discomfort, this is normal and to be expected.

As I mentioned in the hip exercises section, as part of a program, consider investing into a stationary bike. Repetitive motion helps to mobilize and lubricate stiff hips and joints and will keep your pain in control.

Below is a video tutorial with 3 stretches for the hip joint. Please follow my advice carefully for stretching muscles of the hip joint.

Do each exercise on the painful side twice.
